The following terms apply to individuals (hereinafter called “users”) who use the atelier ST, CAT website (hereinafter called “the Website”) by browsing or any other means. All copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights associated with the article text, article headlines, images, photographs, diagrams, and all other information (hereinafter called “website content”) that appear on the Website are the property of B.H. Long Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “the Company”) or are the property of someone who has licensed them to the Company. Accordingly, users may not reproduce, duplicate, publicly distribute, translate, publish, or otherwise use website content without the permission of the Company. The Company may freely alter, delete, or remove website content from the Website. The Company does not guarantee the website content with respect to accuracy, legality, or any other matter. The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever concerning the use of the Website by users. Even if the Website links to another website or another website links to the Website, the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever concerning websites other than the Website or the information obtained from such websites. Application of these terms shall conform to Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall exclusively be the court of first instance for any dispute that arises from or relates to these terms.

ST,CAT sets clearly defined objectives for acquiring the personal information of its registered customers that it requires to conduct its business operations. Information is collected within the parameters necessary to achieve those objectives, and all such information is acquired by legal and fair means.
2. Use of Personal Information
Personal information received from its registered customers is used by ST,CAT exclusively within the scope of its business operations. To better serve its customers, ST,CAT may share such personal information with its Group companies and/or consign the handling of such information to an outside party.
3. Proper Management of Personal Information
Personal information is checked for any incorrect input, etc. and managed in its most updated and most accurate form. Appropriate measures are taken as required to prevent information leaks, loss or other damage and otherwise ensure its safe management. Security measures are also implemented to ensure the proper handling of personal information by ST,CAT staff. In the event that handling of personal information is consigned in its entirety or in part to a third party, selection of the party will be made so as to ensure fully secure protection of all information.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
Requests for disclosure of personal information will be answered only after ST,CAT confirms that the party making the request is the registered customer or someone representing him.
5. Correction, Addition or Removal of Personal Information
In cases when a registered customer requests correction, addition or removal of personal information, ST,CAT will comply with such requests after making the necessary investigation and confirming that the party making the request is the registered customer or someone representing him.
6. Termination of Use or Deletion of Personal Information
In cases when a registered customer requests termination of use or deletion of all or part of his personal information, ST,CAT will comply with such requests after making the necessary investigation and confirming that the party making the request is the registered customer or someone representing him.
